Our Mission
Job searching is broken. Candidates spend countless hours scrolling through listings, manually tailoring resumes, tracking applications in spreadsheets, and cold-emailing contacts with generic messages. RoleHunt automates the busywork and uses AI to make every step more effective. We believe technology should work for you, not the other way around. Our mission is to give every job seeker access to the same tools and intelligence that top recruiters and career coaches use, at a fraction of the cost.
What We Do
Job Discovery
We gather jobs from across the major ATS platforms and public job boards in one place. Filter them to your profile — by sponsorship, experience, work type and more.
H-1B Data
See each company's H-1B history, LCA and DOL data.
Chrome Extension
Auto-fill job application forms with data from your career profile. The extension has its own small AI model from RoleHunt that runs on your own system, so no external AI is used to fill your forms.
Application Tracking
Confirmations, interview invites and rejections are detected from the extension, then surfaced for you to confirm — your pipeline stays current without a spreadsheet.
Our Approach to AI
We use AI to augment, not replace, your judgment. The extension has its own small AI model from RoleHunt that runs on your own system to help fill your application forms. You review and submit every application yourself. We never make decisions on your behalf, and you are always in control of what gets sent, submitted, or saved.
Privacy First
- We never sell your data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Your career information belongs to you.
- All sensitive data is encrypted (AES-256-GCM for tokens, HTTPS/TLS for transit, bcrypt for passwords). Row-Level Security ensures users can only access their own data.
