Our match scores are transparent, breaking down exactly how your skills align with each role. We never make decisions on your behalf. You are always in control of what gets sent, submitted, or saved.
Privacy First
- We never sell your data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Your career information belongs to you.
- Gmail integration is read-only and scans only ATS emails. We never read your personal messages. Disconnect anytime and all data is immediately deleted.
- All sensitive data is encrypted (AES-256-GCM for tokens, HTTPS/TLS for transit, bcrypt for passwords). Row-Level Security ensures users can only access their own data.
