Request Data Deletion

Submit a request to permanently delete all your personal data from RoleHunt. This action cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Career profile (job titles, skills, experience, education, preferences)
  • All uploaded and AI-generated resumes
  • All tailored resume versions and match scores
  • Manually tracked applications and status history
  • Gmail-synced application records
  • Gmail OAuth connection and encrypted tokens
  • Outreach contacts and generated messages
  • Chrome extension form fill settings

What We Cannot Delete

  • Shared job listings (contain no personal data and are used by all users)
  • Anonymized, aggregated usage data (cannot be linked back to you)
  • Data we are legally required to retain (e.g., financial transaction records)

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. Your account will be inaccessible during processing.

Must match the email associated with your RoleHunt account.

Prefer to request deletion via email? Contact us directly at privacy@rolehunt.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email address.

Want to disconnect Gmail without deleting your account? You can revoke Gmail access anytime from your Settings page. This immediately deletes all Gmail-synced data while keeping your account active.
